1. CarDash and these terms
CarDash is an iPhone and CarPlay app provided by Burak Bora Çimen. This page explains information and terms related to using the app. Contact app.flirta@gmail.com with questions.
For the app obtained through the App Store, Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) applies unless a separate license is specified in the store listing. This page does not alter the applicable Apple license or store terms.
2. Safe and lawful use
The driver is responsible for safe driving, following road signs and complying with applicable rules. Set up the app while safely stopped; do not operate your phone or distracting displays while driving.
Use video and screen mirroring only when safely parked and permitted by local law. Movement detection is not a safety guarantee; GPS can be inaccurate or delayed. Technical availability does not mean a particular use is legal or safe.
3. Accuracy and compatibility
Speed, speed limits, routes, weather, distance and fuel estimates are supporting information. GPS, internet connectivity, external sources and device conditions can make them missing, delayed or inaccurate. CarDash does not replace vehicle instruments, road signs or official instructions.
CarPlay widgets require iOS 26 or later. Cast and other features depend on the iPhone, iOS version, permissions and head unit. Video support is not guaranteed on every system; use the app's compatibility check before purchasing.
4. Cast Pro and purchases
The Cast Pro subscription, available offers, price and period are shown in the app and Apple purchase confirmation. Refer to the purchase screen for the exact charge and renewal terms. Apple manages the subscription, which may renew until canceled under the terms shown in that confirmation.
Manage or cancel your subscription in iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel it. Use Restore Purchases in the app to restore purchase access. See Apple's current guides for cancellation and refund requests. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
5. Videos and third-party services
Only import or mirror content you have the right to use or display. Respect copyright and the terms of any content service you use. CarDash does not grant access rights to third-party content services.
Maps, weather and OpenStreetMap-based road data are subject to their providers' terms. External service availability or complete data coverage is not guaranteed. CarDash is not developed by Apple and Apple does not promise support for it. Apple, iPhone and CarPlay are trademarks of Apple Inc.
6. Your data and local records
The Privacy Policy explains data use. Because trips, profiles and videos are stored on your device, device loss, app deletion or local storage problems can affect access to those records. Check your device backup preferences and keep original copies of imported videos.
7. Changes and legal rights
Features, compatibility and these terms may change over time. The current text and date are shown on this page. Check app and website notices for significant changes.
The applicable EULA, App Store terms and law govern licensing, warranties and liability. Nothing on this page removes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
